I recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. Cody and Zachary were knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. They explained everything, were punctual and the prices are not only comparable but reasonable. They also provide a great twice yearly service, which I believe is essential to have with a heatpump.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Our old house can be a money pit, and we’re prime targets for being over charged. Stephens came in, took a look, and fixed our problem promptly and economically.

Service was fast, the technician prompt (early, actually, but they called to ask if that was okay!) and friendly. He took his time on my maintenance inspection call and found everything to be in order. I had them put me on a biannual inspection plan.

Stephens was prompt, exact and attentive. Cody checked the unit, evaluated it, ordered the parts and was on target to get the unit repaired. The part came in on time, and the next day Cody returned and repaired the unit and the rest is history. It's been performing as it should. Doing without air is no fun and they offered to bring a window unit for my use. I had space fans so I buckled down and made the most of the situation until Tuesday morning.
