Wic never answers
Do not go here or take your children here. It’s impossible to get copies of their visit summaries for their pediatricians office. In addition, parents have zero access to your children’s records unless they give consent (as minors). I’ve never seen or heard of such a shady practice in my life. How are you going to tell parents they can’t have access to their own children’s medical records?
while they may be nice and friendly, they lied to me. I got nexplanon four years ago and the promised me at this facility, it had been approved for 4 years and would be fine for that long. In the beginning of the fourth year I was very nervous from reading online differently than my doctor is telling me and I seeked answers from multiple sources in south carolina which all told me four is approved. I have been going here since 2011 and i love it!! The wic and the health dept. have very good caring, kind staff. The services really help!.
Did not offer a concent form for me to go back with my fiance and then my fiance said they made him uncomfortable because I couldn't go back when they did not offer a concent form and there was only one female in the room with him no cameras and was touching his private area when last time I checked was and is not part 9f any procedures considering they have a sign saying we do not provide any medical type of service and the woman had a cocky attitude when she called him in the back and I asked to go back with him I trust mi... read more
