Dr. Stephens and his staff are THE BEST! Very accommodating with our crazy schedules. Professional and timely. Thorough in all their procedures and the best part.... barely felt the novocaine injection, preparation for a crown was non-stressful and pain free!
I can’t thank everyone at Stephen’s Family Dentistry enough for the compassion and care they showed me. Laura at the front desk listened to how severe my dental issues were and did everything she could to get me in quickly. Leslie, my hygienist, was incredibly kind and helped calm me down when I became emotional about the condition of my teeth. Extraordinary care. I've had a nearly debilitating fear of dental work which resulted in the need for significant care in the last 18 months. Dr. Stephens is the most gentle, patient, and thorough dentist I've ever encountered. I've gone from requiring anesthesia for a basic cleaning to sitting through major dental work without much at all. A note about the staff: I showed up in the parking lot on a Monday morning at 7:30am without appointment in incredible pain. I was received and handled with great care, immediately. I have been going to Dr Stephen's as long as he has owned his business. I went there before hand for over 20 years. The transition to a new dentist can be a bit overwhelming but not this time. Dr Stephen's has done several complicated procedures and I can't praise him enough. I never have felt over charged like I have elsewhere. Laura at the helm is prompt and curious.
