They built my dock 4 years ago. The first summer my lift fell twice damaging my boat. They did come out and repair the lift but no offer to pay for the damage. Now all the boards are sagging that are supporting my boat on the lift. I told them specifically what boat I had and the weight of it. The entire top of the dock needs to be rebuilt. Decking boards are popping up. My closet door would not stay shut they did replace it then it would not open. I had someone else adjust it. Chuck is without a doubt the most communicative, professional, and caring provider with whom I’ve worked (that includes several major remodeling projects throughout the years). His pricing os more than fair and I can’t speak highly enough about him after his team built a new seawall for us at our Jackson Lake home.
Stephens Construction was the best to work with in preparing for our boat to be built. He and his team were proficient and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend using this team for your dock and boat house needs.

Stephens Construction installed a Waveport waverunner port for me, it was a great experience from the communication, delivery and install (came out on July 4th). Chuck is a very professional and knowledgeable about the Waveport products. I’m are very pleased with my new port and feel that Chuck will be there if any issues arise. If you are considering a port for your PWC, give Stephens Construction a call you won’t be disappointed.
