I am a community Association Manager, and Stephens and Company is my go to vendor for all my needs and questions. Matt and Eric are very knowledgeable and are quick to answer all of my questions. I have managed painting projects as well as a roofing project with them for my Associations and the work is always great, they are efficient, they are professional, and provide great customer service to the residents in the community. I would recommend this vendor to anyone and will absolutely keep them on my preferred vendors list.
I live in a hurricane-prone area, and I was concerned about the condition of my roof before hurricane season started. I called Stephens and Company, and they came out to inspect my roof and give me a quote for repairs. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. I decided to go with them for the repairs, and I am so glad I did.I'm confident that my roof will protect my multifamily home from any hurricanes that come our way
