i recently had my rugs and carpet cleaned. the carpet cleaning was great, and after the cleaning, the company reached out to check if i was happy. they explained that rugs sometimes need special treatment and made sure i was satisfied with the service. their focus on customer satisfaction really impressed me. overall, i'm happy with how they handled everything and appreciate their dedication to making sure customers are taken care of.

I reached out about a bleach stain on my carpet. After I sent a photo, Preston recommended a carpet repair instead of dyeing, since my carpet has several colors and I still had some extra pieces from the original installation. Preston made sure the carpet pile matched just right and carefully trimmed the fibers to blend everything together. The repair looks so good we can barely even spot where it was!
