i had my bedroom carpet cleaned in sausalito not long ago. the technician, bryson, was very professional and explained the whole carpet cleaning process before he started. he also let me know the cost up front and finished the job just as promised. my carpet looked fantastic afterwards. i also had six chairs cleaned that were in pretty rough shape, and bryson took his time with each one. after he finished, the chairs looked almost brand new, even though they are 18 years old! overall, really happy with how everything turned ... read more

This organization uses sub contractors and when I was waiting for the service technician to arrive I received calls from the sub contractor who did not even know the company I had contracted with. I cancelled the service and do not recommend them

I was really impressed by the work ethic and expertise at Stephen's Carpet Cleaning Service. When I needed an estimate for my carpets, Bryson came by and was friendly, honest, and clear about everything. He also shared helpful advice on how to keep my carpets clean and deal with stains myself, which I really appreciated.
