These are the same guys that own the Stephens Tow company.....This place has terrible customer service, they over charge and come off racist!! I live out of town but my car was being used by a family member, the car was involved in a wreck and these guys treated me like a criminal!! The initial tow charge was $435(never heard of that for a sedan). Because of their attitudes and prices, if they were in a larger city and had to compete with other towing companies they would be out of business!!
I was working on the sewer at the local Dollar General at around 6 o'clock here in Rochelle. I am from macon, about an hour and a half drive. Keys became locked in the van. After calling around for an hour Stephens brothers showed up within 8 minutes and had the door open with 0 damage to the vehicle within 5 minutes. Very Professional! I was able to make it home before 9 o'clock thanks to these guys. Price was also VERY reasonable.
Wow! What’s with the negative reviews? These folks are great. And honest as Ole Abe! They don’t lie, cheat, nor steal. Have used in the past, will use again.
Heartless, soulless & far over priced. At least the lady there was nice & professional. I sure hope no one needs help in a dire situation. Because your pockets will be drained
