Heartless, soulless & far over priced. At least the lady there was nice & professional. I sure hope no one needs help in a dire situation. Because your pockets will be drained
They are very expensive for towing. Charged repossession fee for a 911 tow. Vehicle was never repossessed. Just don't me from out of town and have to have your vehicle towed by Stephen's Brothers they'll charge whatever they want and how they want so it's the most expensive for the vehicle owner. They are greasing their pockets. Plus, staff is not friendly at all. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
Strongly do not recommend this garage! 228.00 for nothing! Did not replace any parts. Charge me double for the tow. Very shady place! Beware!
