Very good denture reline. I’ve had serious issues with getting good relines in the past, even with in store labs they did a crap job. The upper fit perfect and the lower only took 2 following up minor adjustments. I had the impression done Thursday and had my teeth back before noon on Friday. Highly recommended!!!!
For those reading reviews, I am updating this review with a screenshot for context, including additional communications outside of Google Services. Initially, I posted: “Not very professional and needs to have better patient communication. Long story short, I did not use his services as the 2-minute call was enough to decide. Called Dr. Stephens at 8pm on Monday, and he had my daughter in his chair by 9:15 that night. He was clear, direct, focused, and completely upfront. I was impressed with his kind professionalism, clear knowledge and effective plan, and more so...with how clearly he communicated the options available. I'm grateful it's a gentleman like him serving in a capacity like this in our community.
I was driving from Idaho through Utah to get to my destination on the day before Thanksgiving, and I had to stop due to a terrible toothache that wasn't getting better with anything my regular dentist had recommended the same morning. Toothache late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. Called and got through right away. He saw me 30 minutes later and provided several options. He got through to the pharmacy before it closed and I was on antibiotics within an hour. Professional, accessible, and caring. Would highly recommend.
