Imagine a child in pain and because I have NO MONEY to give them … they won’t pull my child’s tooth- even though he has insurance. I hope to the lord you don’t ever experience hardship…. But if you do, I hope you find someone with more grace!
My wife had been experiencing toothaches for several days. We aren’t from the Salt Lake area but were passing through late Sunday evening. Her tooth pain became unbearable so we called Dr. Stephens. He met us immediately and took care of the problematic tooth. He was very professional and friendly from the emergency call to the actual procedure and payment. Dr. Stephens is truly the best! He was able to keep me completely calm even through the entire process of having my tooth pulled. He was very understanding and explained each step making sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. Dr. Stephens may have just cured my fear of dentists. Wow! I wish there were more people out there like Dr. Brett Stephen’s. I called him with a dental emergency and within 20 minutes I was at his office on a Saturday. So friendly and extremely kind him and his assistant took very good care of me especially because I was super nervous. Thank you to both of you for turning a bad experience into an experience where I met two amazing people that took very good care of me. Thank you so much.
