Great place to do business. The staff was super friendly and professional. They helped with filing the insurance claim. My car was pulled into the shop as scheduled and finished before the time promised. The facility was spotless and the waiting area comfortable, with no annoying television that no one was watching. I am confident to recommend them for all your auto glass repair/replacement needs.
They were quick and highly professional. They did an excellent job. I recommend them to everyone.
Very down-to-earth owners and they help support our local Wet-Nose Wednesdays on B.104 WBWN to help dogs find forever homes. That means a lot to us! Also my co-worker got his windshield replaced there and they did a perfect job! Great prices too!:)
I had a crack in my windshield and my insurance company sent me here to fix it. They did a horrible job! I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
We called Stephen’s auto glass in May to fix our windshield and was told they are very busy and will call us back when it slows down. The gal asked me to text her pictures of our vehicle that needed new windshield. 3 months later I texted her back and she said they were still busy. I guess she can pick and choose who she wants to work on 1st. We have always used Stephen’s but got in the same day with a competitor.
