I had a great experience with a technician who came to clean my dryer duct, which had been giving me some trouble. He cleaned the vent tubing thoroughly and noticed a hole in the tubing, along with some lint on the floor behind the dryer. He explained that this might be the reason my dryer wasn’t functioning properly. After replacing the tubing, my dryer works perfectly now! The technician was very friendly and efficient.
