Dale and Theodore just finished and did a great job with our air duct cleaning and dryer vent service. Dale took the time to explain the ductwork cleaning process before they started, which made everything easy to understand. They were very thorough, worked carefully, and kept the area clean the whole time and after the job was done. We had the AC vents and air ducts cleaned, and since we had not done this since moving in, the before-and-after difference was easy to see in the photos. After a heavy rain, our basement had moisture issues that affected the carpet and nearby air vents. We first contacted another service and were placed on a waiting list, so when a musty smell started moving through the basement and duct areas, we called for help. Scheduling the appointment was simple, they called before arriving, showed up on time, and worked in a very professional way.
