That property was sold by Mr. Yang nearly 3 years ago. The dog that is there is being abused by the new owner whomever that is. Mr. Yang has never owned a dog.
This DoD “doctor “ allows this poor boy to be neglected and abused on his property. Concerned citizens are feeding, providing water, toys, and basic attention to this poor dog. He is left outside in the rain, freezing cold, fireworks etc He is alone 23 hours out of the day. Now he is being sold for 650$?!?! El Paso Animal Services has been negligent in their efforts and responsibility. Months this poor boy has suffered and the people that can actually help him, ignore him instead.
I webby for severe headaches caused from something on my neck and my body. He said I was pretty bad and only sect to 1 treatment about 8-10 years ago and have had no problems. BUT with my age im considering going back. He was excellent. Took his time longer then expected because he said I was real bad and did not change extra.
