Dr. Cesar has operated on me twice and both times I have had an excellent outcome. He reviews a patient's records before the first appt. which instills confidence. He is caring and has a great bedside manner. I would give him 6 stars if I could.
Dr. Cesar is an excellent surgeon and a good listener with a caring personality, making for a very good surgical experience.
