Dr. Williams and staff are wonderful! Your call center SUCKS! The 5 stars are for them!! NOT YOUR CALL CENTER! Rude people they threaten you about leaving a message! I had someone not leave a message because I wouldn’t tell him what was wrong. It was a personal female matter!! He told me over the phone that he was not gonna leave a message since I was not cooperating with him! Call center employees should not be privy to my health information. And they should also not have the power to threaten you. I ended up in the ER! Som... read more
