In the 30 years I have worked with him, Mr. West has helped me resolve countless physical end energetic issues, many of which I was not aware until he stimulated them. His sensitivity allows him to identify distressed tissue and quickly achieve results while operating below the threshold of pain.
In late May of 2022, I had to have a knee replacement completely redone just 14 months after the initial replacement surgery. During my recovery phase, I realized that I had a lot of muscle tension due to the pain and anxiety my knee surgery. Fortunately, I heard another friend's praise of Stephen. Stephen is incredibly knowledge, thorough, kind, and professional. He has helped me with a number of issues, including TMJ and stiffness as well as helping my body be more flexible. His space is clean and relaxing but, most of all, Stephen is absolutely the person to see for bodywork. He also explains things in ways to help you understand the mechanics of what he is fixing in such a helpful way.
