Table I wanted to sit at was dirty !
My initial visit with Dr. Weinstein was ok (although I had to wait 5 months to get in to see him). But trying to follow up with him about switching medications has been a terrible experience. I have been calling and emailing at least once per week for over a month and have gotten no response. VERY unprofessional!!
Dr Weinstein is amazing! My husband and I have been struggling with fertility issues for around 2 years, and were passed around to different doctors. He was straight to the point and explained all of our options. We never felt rushed at our appointments like we have at previous ones, and he welcomed any and all questions. After a successful surgery to correct the problem, we finally have hope again!
Was very patient, kind, and comforting during an uncomfortable procedure. He was very timely, showed up to talk to me BEFORE my appointment time and had his people do everything they could to keep me comfortable. All in all had a lovely experience with both his department and the man himself.
