Echoing the sentiment of others that were billed for procedures that never were performed on them. Currently fighting a $300 bill for the last 6 weeks for a nasal endoscopy that I never received. No one was in or around my nose; in fact, it was the quickest appointment of my life. I went in for ear pain, the doctor looked in my ears, I had a hearing test, and then I left. I got to the office over an hour early on 2 visits (my ocd) and I was seen within 10 minutes so way earlier than my scheduled appointment. The front desk staff were absolute sweet hearts, the in office girls were so nice and Dr Warman did move very quickly but he listened to everything I said and was very nice and personable. I’m mid way through treatment and things are going very well so far. Praying for continued success with the treatment but Dr Warman and his entire staff have been amazing.
