I came in with ringing in my ear. I came in later in the day they squeezed me in for a 6 pm appointment due to my situation. The entire office was unprofessional. The assistant doctors were all chatting about their personal lives, the doctor himself took a personal phone call in front of me. I was seen for less than 1 minute. He came in the room barely asking questions and just cleaned my ears. They took no tests and said if this continues for 2 weeks we will take more tests. The most unkind and disrespectful office staff that I have ever encountered. I don’t understand how people work in the medical field to treat people poorly. The cardiologist Dr. Gaeller scheduled for me to take an exam and I took the day off to do so but got called 1 hour before the appointment to share that my appointment was canceled. I called back to ask when I could reschedule or if they could forward the request to another site like they previously offered so that I could get test done as it was impacting my mobility. I have been seeing Dr. Siddiqui for YEARS before Summit Health took them over. I have never had a problem, up until now. Dr. Siddiqui is absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her more. However, I have been receiving incorrectly billed patient statements since March, stating I owe more than I do. I explained this to them, showed them documentation from Emblem Health EOBs, and still am being threatened with collections. Echoing the sentiment of others that were billed for procedures that never were performed on them. Currently fighting a $300 bill for the last 6 weeks for a nasal endoscopy that I never received. No one was in or around my nose; in fact, it was the quickest appointment of my life. I went in for ear pain, the doctor looked in my ears, I had a hearing test, and then I left.
