I'm so sorry that I didn't read the reviews here before going to this doctor. I ALWAYS read reviews first, but I must have just checked on my insurance site only. What a mistake. I had a 10 minute office visit, where he looked in my ears and my nose, and told me there was nothing he could do to help either issue I was having. He showed me an Amazon link for something to buy that "might" help. This Dr was in a rush and dismissive. He did not explain anything.
This doctor is the most competent doctor I've ever had. I don't get all the bad reviews. I have an informed ear sinus pit that gets inflamed and enlarged yearly and he is the only doctor who has been polite and gentle about draining it and helping me to prevent a recurrence. His only "bad" trait is talking your ear off when you're possibly in pain, but that just adds to his charm. He also has an adorable Samoyed that sometimes helps to allay your fears.
Levittown office always makes you wait. The shortest wait time I’ve had at this office was about 35 minutes. This office does not care about anyone else’s time. If you make an appointment, plan to wait a while. Treatment is good once they take you in but plan to wait a while.
