A person should have the right to choose who they want to be their doctor! I think it is sad that these cardiologists around here have some type of a thing, where if you already saw a local cardiologist they won’t see you! All these doctors, need to REALIZE it is the PATIENT’S DECISION ON WHO THEY WANT TO BE THEIR DOCTOR!!!!!! This is PATHETIC, now we are going to have to drive my 76 year old VETERAN FATHER to Roanoke to see a cardiologist, because you all don’t want to hurt another Doctors EGO!!
Dr. Ward and his team are among the best in the business. I think the thing that sets them apart is that they listen very carefully to you about your situation and what you're experiencing, to help you make the best possible choices for your health. Their care has improved my quality of life — they really do care about their patients!
