Service cost more than expected and took more time than expected.
We were treated with utmost professionalism and she was Wonderful!!!!!
The check engine light on my truck illuminated on Good Friday evening. Although it was too late to have it serviced at that time, the service department instructed me to drop off my truck at 0730 on Saturday. Fortunately, the repair was completed within a couple of hours, and we were operational again, which was a relief since we were scheduled to depart on Sunday. The customer service I received was exceptional.
Came in with my wife to look at the Grand Wagoneer the staff was really helpful and took us out in a test drive, I was interested in leasing a brand new one but, it was not what I was willing to spend so I was looking to buy a slightly used one. The only problem as soon as they realized she was thinking about buying a car she liked next door the focus shifted to her.
