My girlfriend bought a used BMW right before they closed on a Saturday so the detail department wasn't able to clean it. They said to bring it back to get it detailed the next week. My girlfriend took it in that next week and all they did was wash off the outside. During the "detail" she got a notification on her BMW app that the car was requesting addresses and location access. The finance department is predatory. I was walked through a summary of “what’s included” with no transparency or consent before discovering nearly $10,000 in extra fees. It’s no surprise, as dealerships often make substantial commissions on extended warranties, gap insurance, and other extras. Their carefully crafted language shields them from accountability. After owning a vehicle I purchased new from them 3 years ago.Trying to get them to cancel an extended warranty is pointless , once they learn what you need , they will not return your phone calls or fix the problem. I have left a minimum of 6 voicemails with different people trying to get help and I've been waiting for a return call from the finance manager for a week. DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

We had a great car buying experience at Wade's! Our sales persons( Blake and Christian), really listened to what we were looking for and helped dial it in to get the best vehicle for the best price. Brandon and Jordan were involved too with negotiations and finance. It was very straightforward. We already own a Gladiator and now a Rubicon Wrangler too!
