Good service. Not too pushy. Willing to work with my preferences. Deal was acceptable. Service was quick and efficient. Sales rep was very friendly and attentive. Purchased an EV. Very satisfied with the vehicle. One drawback it was delivered with 16% charge so I had to immediately go to a charging station. It would have been nice to have 80% or close to it.

I've just had such a terrible experience with their service department. They will schedule you for an appointment, but not actually look at it until the next day. Their prices are significantly higher, and their parts are overinflated (keep in mind that the associate tried to convince me they are the same as anywhere else). You can look up the same Mopar parts from another dealer for half the cost.
