There was a little hiccup at the beginning of our warranty repair, but things happen. What mattered most was that Mitch stepped in, took ownership of the situation,and made sure everything was taken care of for our ride, Maximus. I understand that things can occasionally get overlooked. Once I brought my issue up to service department attention the 2nd time, the entire team worked to get everything resolved.
