They are the best!
I think Dr. Snell and Dr. Torres are good doctors. Their nursing staff should be ashamed of themselves. They failed to return my call on a mess up with my pharmacy last week. When they never returned my call to them I was finally able to work out the issue with the prescription the Dr. wrote with the pharmacist at my pharmacy. Because of the support staff I will never use these ENT's again. The sad part about this is the Dr's will not know of their office help not doing their job unless they read their reviews.
