I was stupid enough to wait 4 and a half days to see someone about a terrible stomach ache. Turns out I had a ruptured appendix and about 18 hours to live. Dr. Brooks was one of the most professional and compassionate doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Since I had no one at home to help me after surgery I stayed in the hospital for 5 days. Dr. Brooks is a rare genius who can do a minor revascularisation and a major abdominal reconstruction. I was his patient and I took care of lucky to be his patients as a nurse. When I saw his name on the discharge paperwork, I instantly knew all is going to be great as this man is just the best in his craft. And my own experience could not be better! Both legs, severe varicose vein treatment - 20 years later I still wear skirts! Forever thankful to know him!!!
Dr. Brooks was running over 30 minutes late. I had another appointment scheduled so I could not wait until the doctor was ready. When I tried to reschedule, they told me there was nothing for another two months. If you value your time, find another practice.
I saw Dr. Brooks this morning to see about my hernia. He spent a lot of time explaining the problem and procedure. I was impressed with his courteous manner and professionalism.
