I am a disabled veteran and Dr Bayles cared more about my military service than doing his job. Ended up writing a prescription wrong and almost killed me. Then he tried to bully me with his and his son’s rank. Now I have glaucoma, cataracts, liver, joint and bone, testicle, pituitary gland, skin, muscle/soft tissue damage that is permanent. Using one rank to intimidate enlisted is an ABUSE OF AUTHORITY under USMJ.
I had a completely positive experience with Dr. Bayles and all of his staff throughout my care at Virginia Mason.
