I was switched to him a few years back when my primary person relocated. He never really took my issues seriously. Long story short...I had neck pain and was finally diagnosed with degenerative disc disease with stenosis when another medical professional had proper tests done. I had covid with on going symptoms. This is a terrible person. I've been going to him for several years trying to get a hernia fixed and he keeps denying me everything I ask for! Including the signature for my disability. Mr Mulkey came into my doctor's appointment completely unprepared and ill informed of The progress of my medical diagnosis. Tried to tell me I had one herniated disc when I have four or five. I will start by saying that Stephen mulkey is very unprofessional my husband has been under his care for several years.
