Don't go here if you don't have any insurance. I took me fiancee to the one in shady side the doctor didn't even look at his x-rays. he came in and checked his reflexes told him he needed a MRI and surgery. they want $2600 just as a down payment to start it. My fiancee can hardly walk and is in so much pain the doctor won't send him to a pain clinic to get a cortisone shot or any pills. the doctor said he don't prescribe any pills and there was a lady out in the waiting room asking when her vicodin would be filled if she'd g... read more

He performed my surgery for a ruptured cervical disc. He is the nicest doctor I have ever had, I am 57. I had surgery over 20 years ago for 2 ruptured discs. The advances in testing, surgery, and recovery are amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Duke. His brother does knee replacements, and shoulders. I have heard he is very good. I also had Dr. Kubik for a torn rotator cuff surgery. Recovery was 6 months, longer than the cervical spine surgery.
