I would never use another company ever again! I have used this company for many years and always professional and quality work. Now let me say what really shows what an amazing company this place is when I called them about my elderly neighbors across the street found a family of possums in their garage. I finally called Stephen Terry Pest Elimination after a friend kept recommending them—so glad I did! They were affordable and provided same-day service. Gustavo, the exterminator they sent, was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. He took his time, explained everything thoroughly, made the experience comfortable with some friendly small talk, and even scheduled my follow-up treatment. I'm really glad I chose to support a small business.

We had a bee issue located behind the siding of our second story house which continued to worsen over time. We contacted Stephen Terry Pest Elimination on Friday and they were at our house Monday, early afternoon. They took care of our bee issue and even went ahead and sprayed the perimeter of our house!
