Called long time friend Stephen Terry concerning a humidity problem in my newly built house. After inspection and discussing the pros and cons of the situation, the decision was made to install a whole house dehumidifier. Both Matt and Daniel who did the install were both very professional and took the time out to answer any questions I had. Daniel left me his number and told me to call if I had any questions. I would never use another company ever again! I have used this company for many years and always professional and quality work. Now let me say what really shows what an amazing company this place is when I called them about my elderly neighbors across the street found a family of possums in their garage. Of course they called places to get help and others were going to take a day or two. Not this place! I called them and they were out in less than hour to help! I finally called Stephen Terry Pest Elimination after a friend kept recommending them—so glad I did! They were affordable and provided same-day service. Gustavo, the exterminator they sent, was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. He took his time, explained everything thoroughly, made the experience comfortable with some friendly small talk, and even scheduled my follow-up treatment.
