Took Shelly for the first time today,to get her nails clipped and a vaccination which was due,a thorough check was done on my 12 year old girl and a few things need to be done over the next few months to improve her health. Very happy at this stage Cheers Jim

I haven't used them but I'm a second contact on a microchip. Nicole called me and was so lovely, so friendly and so helpful. The lost pup was collected by her owner. Nicole called back to let me know. Her wonderful demeanour was such a pleasure to hear on the phone. Thank you. A wonderful representation for the practice.
Took all day to test my dog to determine the issue. Had to pay a significant amount extra to have the x-ray interpreted externally because you couldn’t do it. You determine that it’s an emergency and send me off to the hospital, yet you made me wait all day till a consultation at 6pm to tell me this?? Results were received by you at 1pm. Why couldn’t you call me earlier and tell me to pick up my dog and take him straight to the hospital. He had to sit there in a cage all day enduring pain whilst you got to other patients.
