I haven't used them but I'm a second contact on a microchip. Nicole called me and was so lovely, so friendly and so helpful. The lost pup was collected by her owner. Nicole called back to let me know. Her wonderful demeanour was such a pleasure to hear on the phone. Thank you. A wonderful representation for the practice.
Took all day to test my dog to determine the issue. Had to pay a significant amount extra to have the x-ray interpreted externally because you couldn’t do it. You determine that it’s an emergency and send me off to the hospital, yet you made me wait all day till a consultation at 6pm to tell me this?? Results were received by you at 1pm. Why couldn’t you call me earlier and tell me to pick up my dog and take him straight to the hospital. He had to sit there in a cage all day enduring pain whilst you got to other patients. My partner and I could not speak more highly of everyone who works here. From check ups, new fur babies being integrated into our home and the sad passing of our OG girl, the team here have been nothing short of amazing, supportive and understanding.
