Stephen answered his phone when I called. Unique in the handyman field I found out. He also quoted his rate on the phone so I knew what I was looking at in cost. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (kitchen cabinet pull out drawer stuck half way in and not moving. He fixed it so it works better than it did when we bought the house. Less than an hour. Top notch.
