Don’t feel like they care about their clients like some other agents I deal with. As an insurance adjuster myself I feel like they care more about the money and not enough about the clients. Been over charged on my insurance for the last half year because they fail to verify property location and have me in one of the highest marketed cities in SF. Stephen may be nice when you first sign up, but you'll never hear from him again once you do, including when you cancel. Dealing with his staff is not fun, they are snippy, unprofessional, and won't return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. They don't reward with you a perfect record as they state, they just keep jacking the bill up every six months regardless.
