Blueshieldca indicated Dr Sims accepting patients. My primary retired a couple years ago and looking for a new primary. Called three times and each time immediately told to wait. Waited 10+ minutes, 6+ minutes later, and 4+ minutes last try before hanging up. Sent an email an no reply. Obviously major problems with this business and will look elsewhere.
