Been coming here for 7 years. Used to feel very comfortable and accommodated by the staff. Now it feels like it's just another cold, corporate entity who only exists to cater to Medicare. I used to wait 20-40 minutes past my appt to be seen and it used to not bother me. Like I said, great staff. Things change. 5 minutes past my 10 minute check in grace time and I'm told she's making me a new appt. That I can't be seen today. Sure. I can't recall 1 time when my pharmacy requested a refill which they okayed. I've had to call them and nag them to do there job
Horrible service!! Went in in order to get appointment bc no one answers phone! The refill dept there's no one there trying to a refill for 3 weeks!?. After going to Dr. Liproce for years now replaced by a Dr Franky Louis who decided he wasn't refilling any of my medication not sure even why?? The office manager started yelling at everyone in the lobby because we were sharing with each others grievances! The worst place since Dr. Liporace left. Sent me an email confirming appointment. Cancelled my appointment without telling me. NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS I made prior to my scheduled appointment!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE WAITING TO HAPPEN AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Liporace Was my doctor for 25 years!!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!
The front desk staff, physicians to the referral office were all amazing! I was seen right away, very kind and informative. The next day Diandra from the referral office called me and scheduled two of my appointments and went made sure they were in my network. I am extremely pleased!
