I have had a pacemaker and an ablation with Dr Reich. I completely trust him.

He caused someone close to me to suffer a complication of a routine minor surgery. Wouldn’t take our word that something was off. He was so self assured and cocky throughout the whole process without any remorse.

After surgery he was rude and seemed to be uncaring. I asked for pain medication due to the procedure. After asking, Him and his female doctor treated me very poorly. Not everyone has the same pain tolerance, and I started this. I didn't not ask for 50 pills, only a few days worth, to get over the hump. He rolled his eyes at me when he talked. It was very hurtful and unprofessional. His female counterpart told me that he didn't do much, so I shouldn't need any help. This is unwanted encouragement after under going being cut ... read more

It’s been two months since I received my ablation with Dr Reich and, wow, what a blessing it has been. I have had ZERO Afib since, and my heartbeat is totally regular. Now I walk a hour a day with my wife and am feeling great. I 100% recommend Dr Reich, the team at Arrythmia Associates of South Texas and all those involved with my ablation at Northeast Baptist Hospital! I am so grateful to all involved in the procedure! Thank you!

Really appreciate his knowledge and communication of my issues. He’s always available to answer our question and he’s very conservative in his treatment.

Both Dr. Reich and his staff were great.

Nine month check up following an ablation. I arrived early and was taken back to the exam room prior to my actual appointment time. Receptionist and medical personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Reich answered my questions clearly and in terms that I could understand. I’m very grateful for his competent care and pleasant manner. He has to be one of the very best Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiologists.

This was a follow-up visit. Staff was efficient, and professional. Although there were multiple patients to be seen by Dr Reich, the wait time to visit with him was minimal. Dr Reich was straight forward in his analysis of my situation. He gave me a sense of confidence in his judgement on my case.

This was a six month follow-up during which we discussed an episode of A Fib last fall while undergoing a colonoscopy-endoscopy procedure and while still sedated. Also discussed whether I should get the COVID vaccination while taking a 14 day course of cipro for prostatitis. Dr. Reich answered all my questions and advised me to get the vaccination after finishing the antibiotic.
