We presented health insurance for the 1st visit and because insurance doesn’t cover all and ends up being more expensive for us using the insurance and is cheaper to pay cash, we requested to pay cash for the 2nd visit. Office Manager refused to let us pay cash, she said that it will have to be bill to the insurance and we couldn’t pay cash, I didn’t wanted to argue since we really needed an answer from the doctor, but because of the DISHONESTY of the Office Manager or Doctor who knows.
