I’m so very glad I got Dr. Ross as my Primary Care Physician. He was so very kind to me, and his staff, especially Liz. I will never forget the kindness. I’m moving back to Alabama in June, and I wish him happiness always. Thank you Dr. Ross for caring. You rock !!
Dr. Ross, is an excellent Dr. He listens well, does everything he can to make sure you are well. Pays close attention to everything you say, does not back out the door while speaking to you, like most other Drs do that I have seen. I would recommend him to everyone. I have never had any issues that he does not explain so that I understand everything. I appreciate that about him as well.
Staff is very friendly. Dr. Ross ask numerous questions about my health and very patiently allowed me to ask him questions. Really like Marsh and his new P.A. I’m glad to have him in Ponca City!
Dr. Ross is thorough, communicates well and is enjoyable to talk to. He has answered all of my questions and given me sound advice.
