Martha is extremely rude and aggressive. She hangs up on you and then doesn’t answer the phone. Unprofessional office.

I am very disappointed with the customer service, which is pretty much non-existent. Both of the receptionists are very rude, unfriendly, and always in a rush, and they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. It takes forever to get a specialist referral sent for approval. Also, it takes a long time to get an appointment because they often say that the doctor is on vacation. Patients are patients for a reason. A lot of people are suffering with health conditions, and they need to be treated with empathy and respect, ... read more
