Dr. Marano first saw me a couple of years ago when I was in a lot of pain. I wanted to put off surgery as long as possible since I live alone and wanted to continue working. He was kind and answered all my questions. James and the rest of the staff were caring and helpful as well. James has seen me every 6 months since and I'm happy to say I feel much better and so far have not had to have surgery. I highly recommend their practice.
Absolutely an amazing Doctor! Very friendly and very knowledgeable.
