Hard to give a sub par rating when I got what I came for - a prescription and frames/lenses (in 1 week instead of 2-3w as told). Now to the cons - I really did not enjoy the experience. I don't know if it's normal for a doctor to check his calendar extensively in silence while a patient is waiting in the exam chair.... I was also for some reason told I was getting a pediatric dose of the eye diluent. I gotta tell you, I went through dozens of eye exams and have never been so disoriented after those eye drops - couldn't see s... read more
Dr. Chun always does a very careful examination and listens to my descriptions of what I am seeing. He looks inside my eyeballs and explains clearly. I am very satisfied with his prescriptions.
