The doctor is good, but the receptionist may be disorganized. She is likely to cost the doctor a lot of business. There was no follow-up after my appointment - I had to call myself a week later, only to be told there was no message from the doctor. I was also not given any instructions on how to access my results online. When I asked, she said she would send the email immediately, but I never received it. After that, she stopped answering calls altogether, even after I left multiple voicemails. Very disappointing experience.... read more

I had a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience at this clinic with Dr. Pratt. During my annual preventive exam, I requested a routine preventive screening test that has always been part of my previous physicals. Even though this test is clearly recognized in standard preventive care guidelines, Dr. Pratt refused to add it and instead suggested that I pay for it out-of-pocket elsewhere. Upset and concerned. My mother who came in with a horrible cough, shortness of breath, and weakness was not tested for flu during current flu season. Instead she was told she has pertussis and told her to take the treatment given. She went to the hospital 2 days after in the ER find out she was positive for flu and now pneumonia. How was this not taken care of initially? Disappointed as a provider myself.
