We've been seeing Dr Ponder for the last 4 or 5 years. He is all you can ask from a doctor. He listens, takes time to explain and is not patronizing. His understanding of what each patient and family go through is remarkable. He is reachable in emergencies and everyone in his practice is extremely helpful. They all make a great team which translates in excellent care for the patient.
Spent a lot of time addressing all of our concerns and educating us about the topic we were there for. He also called us personally and promptly with the test results.
Doctor Ponder is fantastic with kids and with parents. He asks questions to make sure he knows the patient and to understand any issues. Then gives very clear directions as to what to expect going forward
