Doctor Phealen is great, however. Office is terrible, doesn’t relay messages to the doctor, never picks up the phone during business hours, never returns phone calls and they will give you a runaround regarding medications,they will talk down to you and brush you off. Been dealing with this for years now and am tired of it Find another provider
I've been seeing Dr Phelan for about 16yrs. He is an excellent doctor. Very thorough and knowledgeable.Dr Phelan is always right.
