Dr. Payne is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor. "Bedside manner?" Yes, he is the best. He diagnoses and treats patients with respect and his entire staff is top notch. I'm worried that he's going to retire someday and when he does, the doctor who takes over his practice will have very big shoes to fill.
