Stephen Payne is the most professional and caring realtor. He is very helpful without being pushy. I can honestly say that he cares more about helping people than pushing them into a house just so he can make another sale. He is very flexible when it comes to showing homes. Me and my wife rent a house from an agent at irongate realtors on far Hill in Kettering ohio from an agent name Mark Wilson. We had some issues with him not fixing the electrical problems we have been having in the home. We have called and texted him numerous for time and got one call back from him and that was almost 2 months ago. He had sent out an electrician to fix the problems but he couldn't fix them all.
