It has taken 8 months to get a job done that probably didn't even need to be done in the first place. It's still not done. They probably could have solved a permitting issue for $1000 or less, but instead have not finished it through unnecessary work for $4000.
Couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, work product, and knowledge. I had recessed lights, track lighting, and bathroom and kitchen outlets updated and would proudly refer Stephen Palmer Electric to a friend!

Don't use this company. In particular beware of the combination of Sean and Renny. They sent a tech to our house give us an estimate of installing a 240v receptacle in either the garage or laundry room. After an hour and 15 minutes and they still refused to give my wife an exact estimate of the cost of the job. Furthermore, after two follow up phone calls they failed to send us a email with the estimate and they repeatedly tried to make us feel like we had done something wrong, despite us having paid them $225 for their visi... read more
