I had a great experience getting a crown. There was little waiting and Dr Schoen went right to work. Hanna the hygienist was nice about introducing herself and sharing a little about her dog. Getting numb for the procedure did not hurt! There is also a device that helps hold your mouth open. The thing I have not seen before was a scanner that Heather the Denral Assistant Expertly used in fitting the temporary and permanent crown. She scanned the teeth and digitally sent to the lab for the permanenr crown.. My temporary crown... read more
So impressed! I scheduled a cleaning and exam and from start to finish every staff member was professional and kind. This office has a great vibe. My cleaning by Wendy was really thorough and Dr. Shoen was so nice and informative. Highly recommend.
