I would NOT recommend this firm at all. When I called, I was told he was with a client. When I requested an appointment, I was told he wasn't seeing people due to COVID. Poor customer service, and poor attitude from staff. If I had any questions, I was told to call IRS or NYS Tax Dept. myself.
