Dr Lang always works with his patients. He lays out what the problems are and goes over the different solutions that are available. He conducts an intelligent discussion with the patient, and gives the patient the current information about the effectiveness of the treatments. Where different treatment options are available, he allows the patient to make his or her best decision. All this is done with good humor and politeness.
