Doctor Coppa is the best most amazing doctor. My family has been going to him for over 20 years. He is thorough - kind and compassionate. Thank you for all you do Doctor Coppa! The down fall is Max Health since they took over it hasn’t been the same facility all around. This corporate take over made changes we are not happy with. We only stay for Doctor Coppa.

This office “and Coppa” will consistently not respect your time. I was told to come into the office at 9:00am today and when in the exam room I’m told he usually doesn’t get into the office until around 10… and they haven’t heard from him yet. I’d let it go but this type of nonchalant waste of my time is every visit… good doc but you better plan on making a day out of your 10-15 minutes with him.
The doctors are generally very good. However the management of the medical practice and office allows walk-ins. This many times will increase wait time to over an hour to sometime over two hours. This also causes the doctors to be rushed and unable to spend proper medical time with their patents. The office also calls for in office patients appointments that can be handled over the phone, but does result in a doctor fee. The Doctors are good if given the time. You can get better treatment elsewhere.
