Just closed on a home and that was solely because of the efforts of Stephen Perez. Getting the finances together was one thing. Making sense of the market, getting in touch with the right people to help me get a good home was all Stephen. He was able to coordinate the team we put together to make me a homeowner. As I say all this it’s still an understatement to how much he helped me, but I’ll say it as long as I have to from my new home.
