Absolute worst experience ever. Twice now! First was years ago and the second and final straw was tonight. I took my son there as a baby and was told by Dr. Stephen Nowak he didn't have an ear infection. Low and behold, next day my sons ear infection was so bad, it ruptured his ear drum. If I would have known what I do now (older and wiser) I would have done whatever needed to pursue something against this worthless doctor. Second and final straw was tonight.
