Heartbroken This is what I wrote to his nurse, Misty, whom you have to go through to see the doctor. I am concerned that I have been asking for an appointment since Christmas vacation. My question is why does he not discuss these labs with me at least the one he ordered. If he is too busy to see me, can he recommend another cardiologist? I don't mind going to Ft Worth. Rudest assistant Misty is her name. When my parents call she has literally hung up on them not willing to listen to anything they have to say or any concerns. Why is she even in the medical field. I have been in the medical field for 30 years and have never treated my clients with such non caring little heart and such poor attitudes .
Dr. Newman and staff are superb! Wouldn’t want to see another cardiologist- he knows much more than most doctors, and explains in a way anyone could understand. Great guy. My husband and I both use him as our cardiologist!!
